I started going here in 2011. Unfortunately I don’t think they will be my first choice anymore. It’s been 2 years since my last visit and I hemmed and hawed about leaving a review. I will say everyone I’ve ever interacted with over the years have been pleasant. From the people behind the desk to the office manager, dentists, techs, hygienist, etc. They are all lovely people. I just had a series of stressful experiences over the years since 2020 and my root canal in 2023 was my last straw. I had an incident in 2020 where I jolted up because I was choking on my own saliva. Ever since then I’ve had major anxiety about getting dental work done. I’m always afraid I’m gonna choke while they have drills in my mouth. In 2023 I needed a root canal. They are stressful to begin with. I wanted to be sedated. In 2011 when I got my first ever root canal done at this facility the doctor at the time prescribed me a pill to take right before the procedure. I ended up falling asleep and waking up right when they were attaching the crown. That’s the experience I was hoping to have again. Unfortunately for me their root canal specialist in 2023 (idk if the same guy is still there) doesn’t prescribe anything to knock you out. Fine whatever. I still went through with it. He was friendly and fast. I was supposed to have the laughing gas stuff. I don’t think it was actually on. The air flow was too low. Every breath I took felt like it pinched in the tubes, like I was inhaling more air than available so it suctioned it closed. It felt like I was breathing through a pinched straw basically. I started panicking and had them take it off. I didn’t say anything though because I’m just not an assertive person. They did remove the gas from my bill without me saying anything so I appreciate that. The doctor was fast and it really didn’t take long. Unfortunately I still have feeling in the front half of my molar. It was immediate and I just assumed the feeling would go away after time. Two years later and no. I still have feeling in the front half. I could have gone back after it happened to give them a chance to take a look and fix it, but I was too anxious, depressed, and frustrated. If I had been unconscious for the procedure it would have saved me all this anxiety and stress. I wouldn’t be afraid to return and get it looked again like I am. All that being said I still think it’s a good office with good staff. I like the convenience of the 3D printing same day crown machine. Also to be fair I never brought up any of my issues with them. They can’t make things right if they don’t know there’s a problem.

I recently went back to get a crown replaced that had broken off and once again had the best experience at the place that gives me the most anxiety… the dentist. Everyone did an amazing job, but Ana at the front desk stood out. She was incredibly helpful on the financial side, taking the time to explain everything clearly and helping me find a way to pay without needing the money upfront. So, thank you Ana <3 and thank you to the entire team as well.

Ver clean and professional office. They were accommodating with my schedule and explained the entire process to me. I left with healthier teeth and can't wait to go back.
